Shipping Policy**
- Once an order is placed, The Alternative Herb Co will send tracking information within 24 hours, and the package will be shipped within 24 hours.
- Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped out the next day.
- Kilos of Kratom are the only items that ship for free.
All other products will have a shipping charge.
- We use USPS Priority for all Kratom products, except sample packages. Sample packages will be sent via USPS First Class with tracking.
